Course Description: This course introduces the student to organizational design and leadership. The focus is developing skills to effectively lead individuals and teams toward maximizing organizational effectiveness. Elements of this course will include: organization culture, systems, communication, innovation and change.

 

Method of Instruction: Dynamically, dated session. Intensive Week, Thursday-Monday (1/7/16-1/11/16).
