Course Description: This course addresses the complexities of managing human capital needed in leveraging a changing workforce. From regulatory requirements that influence human behavior, to analyzing workforce demographics and generational dynamics, to issues surrounding talent management and accelerating knowledge transfer and leadership development, major concepts will be applied to group case studies. Recruitment, retention, accommodation and talent management are studied in the context of relationship-based leadership, healthy work environments and organizational culture.
