Course Description: This course is designed to prepare students to teach in academic and practice settings. Students will critically examine different philosophies and theories of traditional and mediated teaching and learning, design content and learning experiences for selected topics, compare and contrast various culturally relevant, learner centered strategies, technologies, media and Web-based tools for classroom and clinical use and analyze evaluation methods.

The course can be taken as an elective. Courses are open to PhD and DNP students. Courses are subject to enrollment and can be canceled if there is not sufficient enrollment to run the course.
